To our valued clients,

Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world. Our business handles an important aspect of everyday life – mobile devices. That being said, these devices are also a breeding ground for bacteria. We are taking steps in all locations to make sure all devices and offices are thoroughly cleaned and our customers and team are safe.

The top priority at all of our shops is the safety and the well-being of our guests and team members. Regardless of the environment, this is our top priority every day. We also recognize and understand that you may have concerns about the coronavirus. Therefore, we want to update you on everything that we are doing to provide a safe environment for you, your family, and our team.

Currently, we are open our normal hours and have put extra steps in place to ensure everyone is staying safe. We have also added some steps to make customers safer.

  • All devices are fully disinfected upon intake with a 99% isopropyl alcohol solution.
  • After repair, devices are disinfected again with a 99% isopropyl alcohol solution.
  • Devices for pick-up are being quarantined and kept away from other devices in-house.
  • All surfaces in-shop are disinfected daily with high-touch areas disinfected hourly.
  • Our team is thoroughly washing their hands hourly and using hand sanitizer after each repair.
  • Team members are practicing social distancing.

We ask all customers to please hold off on their repair if they do not feel well. A repair is not worth potentially infecting others.

While most of our shops normally have less than 3 customers in the shop at once, to reduce gathering, we can have a team member meet you at your vehicle to receive your device. Please call the shop upon arrival and a team member will come out to meet you.

We also recommend calling with any issues before coming in for us to diagnose issues over the phone.

In addition to these actions, we are asking employees who are sick to stay home. If anyone has a fever or becomes sick while at work, we will immediately release them to see their medical provider.

We hope that these measures give you confidence that we are taking the necessary precautions in this evolving situation. We remain committed to providing you and your family with friendly, clean, fast, and safe service.

For additional information about COVID-19, please read the latest report from the Centers for Disease Control at www.cdc.gov, or your local health department website.
